Meditation



I've been trying a lot of meditation apps lately. My personal favorites so far are Headspace and Mindfulness, and I am contemplating getting a subscription.
I have been meditating for less than a week and I actually feel bit more light, relaxed, and productive. Hopefully I'll be able to make meditation a habit.
