F.H. Batacan’s Smaller and Smaller Circles is regarded as the first Filipino crime novel. It won a Carlos Palanca Memorial Award in 1999. Finishing the book before the movie is out.
Don't let the dark and murky staircase you have to pass through to get there fool you--The Burrow at the Antipolo Beehouse is a gorgeous cafe beside a stream, and replete with plants, trees, and flowers.
The weather was perfect, the church was just so beautiful, the flowers were exquisite, and the musicians were playing the musical score from my all-time favorite film (Love Theme from Cinema Paradiso) perfectly. I couldn't stop myself from crying when I saw my parents. When we reached the altar, Eric was looking at me and holding my hand even more lovingly than he normally does. My bridal march was as magical as I imagined it would be.
